Search
Here are some of the tips you may find useful as you use our Footage Search
Engine:

Simplify your search criteria. Keep in mind that the broader your search, the
greater the number of results. In general, the fewer words you enter in the
search box, the greater the number of results.

Don’t forget the check boxes! Across the top of the home page, near the search
box, you will see eight check boxes for: Contemporary or Archival footage;
B&W or Color footage; Real Time, Time Lapse, or Slow Motion footage and
Fully Released without restrictions footage. The default setting checks off all
of the above boxes except
Fully Released, which gives you the broadest possible results. You may use
these check boxes to narrow results in any of these areas.

Do not use quotation marks; simply type the word or words you would like to
search for into the search box.

Type in the entire
word or words you are searching for.

Want to search for two things together? Simply type in both words, separated by
a space. There is no need to use the plus sign or the word “and”.

The word(s) you searched for
brought up no results? You might want to check your spelling
and try again.

Manage ClipBins
The ClipBin Manager shows all your ClipBin names, number of clips in the
ClipBin and the date modified (or created). You can also View, Email, Rename or Delete the ClipBin.
Access the ClipBin Manager page by clicking "My ClipBins" on the top navigation bar.

Email ClipBin:
Email your selected clips! The recipient will receive a URL via email that will
direct them to the ClipBin. You also have the option of including a
personalized message.

Rename a ClipBin:
Click "Rename." Enter the new name and click "Rename" again.

Delete ClipBin: Click "Delete" to delete ClipBin.

Formats and Specs
Our footage can be ordered on D-1, D-2, Digital Beta, Beta SP, 3/4", 1/2", MPEG1, MPEG 2, AVI,
Quicktime, Real Media (streaming) and Windows Media (streaming) in all file sizes, delivered on CD or through our
FTP site. Please contact a sales representative for assistance.

Rights Clearance Info
Images on this site are for reference purposes only. The majority of the images on this site are cleared for
use in all projects. Some, however, may require permission, additional clearances (including without limitation with
respect to music, persons and/or trademarks appearing in the images) and may not be available for use in certain territories.
Final licensing of the images requires a contract for use.
